Potatoes are perhaps my favorite comfort foods.

Doing them in air fryer makes them so good. Perfectly crispy and delicious.

No need to peel as the peel gets super crispy with fluffly potato inside.

I had a plateful for breakfast with my eggs.

Tips for making perfect Greek potatoes

    1. Leave the skin on as they get supremely crispy.

    2. Wash and dry the potatoes well. This helps in the oil and spices adhering well and turning them crispy.

    3. You can choose a combination of potatoes or just the brown ones.

    4. Use similar sized potatoes. I cut them in halves but you can leave them whole as well (will take more time).

You can also quarter them if you so wish.

    5. Use a nice spice mix to liven up their delicious roasted flavor. Any spices that you like work.

I have used lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

I tried this recipe and it took 2 hours to make in my new air fryer at 400 degrees. What am I doing wrong?

Something is not right. Is your air fryer heating properly? Maybe, get it checked out?
