Corn on the cob in air fryer is a delicious and quick side. The corn comes out so juicy and tender.
You can vary the seasonings for a taste of your choice or go without any too.
Corn on the cob has been one of the most favorite pick me ups.
My favorite is grilled corn on charcoal with a sprinkling of lemon juice, salt and cayenne.
Yummy! But we can’t really heat up a charcoal grill for a couple of corn, can we?
The air fryer method is very convenient and gives a delicious sweet tasting corn that is super tender and juicy.
Keep it healthy by skipping the vegan butter or go indulgent. It’s your choice.

Variations:
1. The recipe is already vegan and super simple with barely any ingredients.
2. For vegetarian version, use butter in place of vegan butter.
3. For zero-oil healthy version: Skip butter or vegan butter. Just add the seasonings to lemon juice and brush these on the roasted corn.
They taste delicious.

Stepwise Pictures:
Remove the husk, silk and snip off the ends of the corn. Keep aside.
Place the corn on the cob in the air fryer basket.
You can do 2-3 at one time. If your air fryer basket is small, cut the corn into halves and then air fry.
Air fry at 200C or 390F for about 10-12 minutes till the corn gets nicely roasted and gets some brown spots.
Make a spice mix by adding ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. cayenne or paprika or chilli flakes, 1 tsp. lemon juice to 2 tsp. vegan butter.
You can use olive oil too.
Brush this spice mix liberally. on the air fried corn.
I avoid adding it before air frying because the vegan butter may burn a bit and so does cayenne.
Dig in and enjoy. You can also try this Mexican street style corn on the cob.
