If you love marshmallows, you will love these air fryer s’mores. It is our favourite sweet treat at home. Done in under 10 minutes, it is gorgeous and sinfully addictive.

This super easy recipe works very well for roasting marshmallows instead of a fire or grill. You just need 3 ingredients for these perfect smores that you will make over and over again.

You may also like: Air fryer Oreos, peanut butter cookies in air fryer, homemade granola in air fryer and chocolate peanut butter made using Air fryer.

Ingredients to Make Air fryer S’mores:

    1. Marshmallows: I have used smaller ones that are vanilla flavoured. If using the regular size, break them into half and use. I press them down horizontally when using.
    2. Crackers: I have used honey Graham’s crackers here. You can use regular Graham’s crackers or any crackers of choice. I have tried these with Marie as well.
    3. Chocolate bars: You can use any plain chocolate bar like Hershey’s, Cadbury’s etc. I used a dark chocolate bar I had at home. Generally you can use about 2-3 squares per s’more. You can also use shavings or lesser quantity depending upon individual preference. Candy works well too. You can really be innovative with what you want to use.

Tips to Make Perfect Air fryer S’mores

    1. Use Crackers of choice. If feeling innovative use savoury ones. Trust me they work very well. Air fry them with marshmallow on top till the marshmallow is nice and roasted. I like them dark and oozy. You can cut the cracker into bite sized square. Mine was already of the desired size.

    2. Use any candy of choice. Dark chocolate bars are my favourite. I generally do a few shavings instead of squares as I want to enjoy the taste of crackers and marshmallows too.

    3. You can use any marshmallow flavour or just plain vanilla ones. I had used vegan ones here.

    4. When air frying, sometimes your marshmallows may roll over from the crackers to somewhere else on the air fryer basket. There is nothing to worry. Carefully using a spatula or spoon guide them back to the cracker. I needed exactly 4 minutes of air frying time. It will depend upon the model of your air fryer and how powerful it is. Keep checking after 3 minutes of air frying and stop after your desired doneness.

    5. For each s’more take one cracker with roasted marshmallow put candy or chocolate squares on top and then top with another cracker with roasted marshmallow. Press them down to form a lovely oozy sandwich and enjoy.

Take Graham’s crackers. I got Honey Maid Graham’s that were already bite sized. Else cut each cracker into half.

Take each marshmallow and break into half.

Press it a little to flatten it. Then press it down on your cracker.

    Air frying Instructions

Preheat air fryer at 390F or 200C for 4 minutes.

Place the crackers with marshmallows in air fryer basket.

6 crackers with marshmallows on top placed in air fryer basket for air frying.

Air fry for about 4-7 minutes at 390F or 200C till the marshmallows get roasted and get big in size.

Depending upon the size of your air fryer, the time taken may vary. So keep an eye on the time after 3 minutes.

Now take out each cracker with marshmallow on top carefully. Use a spatula to gently lift in case the marshmallow has slid off the cracker on to the side.

    To assemble:

Take one Graham cracker with marshmallow on top.

Place chocolate bar, sprinklers or candy as per liking on top.

Then place another air fried Graham cracker with roasted marshmallow on top to form a s’more or sandwich.

Have hot. It is addictively delicious.

    Storage

It is best to have them hot and right after air frying. They really can’t be stored.

    Enjoy your s’mores.
