Tips to Make Perfect Air fryer Apples
1. Use fresh apples that stay firm on cooking. Red delicious, Golden delicious, Fuji, Gala, Shimla or Granny Smith. Any firm apple works.
2. Make a simple sauce with butter/oil, maple syrup/honey, cinnamon/pumpkin spice, brown sugar/jaggery. It goes so well with air fried apples.
3. You need to use very little oil/butter while air frying apples to give them a nice golden brown look and a delicious taste.
4. If your apple is tart, then you will need to use more sweetener to balance out the taste.
5. Adjust sweetener as per taste.
6. Have it as is. It is delicious. If you are feeling indulgent, eat with ice cream or with some crunchy granola on top.
