    Delicious egg bites done in air fryer are perfect for lunch. Add fillings of choice, they are high protein and wholesome. Can be done at night.

    These cheesy quesadilla take no time to make. I have add cheese and cooked beans in the filling. You can add cooked chicken, chopped salad or any other filling of choice.
