I had whole wings so I cut them into drumettes and wingettes. Dry the wings well using paper towels.
Now take jerk seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl and mix well. Take chicken wings in a bowl and add the seasoning mix to it.
Toss the wings well. Try to coat each wing generously with the spice mix.
If you face problems of the spice mix adhering to the wings, then just spray the wings with very little olive oil.
Preheat air fryer at 400F or 200C for 4 minutes.
Lay the seasoned wings in air fryer basket making sure there is no overlap.
Air fryer at 400F or 200C for 15-20 minutes. Flip the wings midway for even crisping up.
Your wings should be done. They will be crispy outside and well cooked and moist inside. A few minutes into the cooking, you will see that the fat starts rendering.
