Trader Joe's is a favorite of my newly-minted office goer. I gifted him an air fryer and he makes frozen chicken meatballs in the air fryer.
He serves them with pasta tossed with sauce. It is a quick meal ready in under 20 minutes on a busy weeknight. They are delicious in wraps too with some salad and sauces.
For a low-carb and keto meal, they taste great with sauce.

Instructions
Keep Trader Joe's Chicken Meatballs from the freezer. No need to thaw.
Preheat air fryer at 390F or 200C. Place the meatballs in a single layer in air fryer basket.
Air fry for about 7-8 minutes till the chicken meatballs are cooked through and also browned outside.
You can also brown them on a stovetop till cooked through.
That's it. Take it out and serve hot with some spaghetti in pasta sauce. The leftovers taste great too.
Review
Trader Joe’s Chicken Meatballs in the air fryer quick, convenient and delicious. They are definitely handy to have in your freezer for a quick meal.
Very useful for college students and singles. They are high protein and keto with very low carb. They are flavorful with a fresh herb taste and seasoned well. You can try the turkey or beef meatballs too.
