It is an easy nachos recipe with tortilla chips that even beginner cooks can make easily. It is guilt free if you make it in the airfryer like me or bake it. Imagine how happy you will make your family and friends.
And even if you deep fry it, I prefer it to the extra-salty, super expensive nachos that we buy from supermarket.
You can try this loaded nachos in air fryer.

Oh I tried making them once! But your recipe looks easier ?
Rachna says
Thanks Zainab. Yes, this recipe is pretty simple. Just adjust your airfryer timings that's all. If you are baking, use an oven and same temperatures as mentioned.

Not a fan of nachos because I am not fond of the cornflour flavor. I prefer to make those wholewheat flour thingies with ajwain or jeera. But Vidur looooves nachos and I make them for him 🙂 I am guessing these will taste great baked also, right, Rachna?
Rachna says
These are actually pretty good in taste, Vidya. Try the recipe. There is much less maida used mainly for the binding purpose and yes they are perfect when baked.
