You can strain this mixture, but I just leave it as it is.
Chill this lemonade mix for half an hour in the fridge.
To serve, top a glass with ice cubes, add about ¼ glass of cucumber mint lemonade concentrate.
Top up with club soda or sparkling water.
Garnish with cucumber and lemon slices with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
