These delicious creamy dark chocolate Greek yogurt popsicles are like fudgesicles. They are soft and creamy and taste just perfect. Great treat for summer. Definitely healthier than store bought.
Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl. I normally microwave at a time for 30 seconds. It takes about 1.5 to 2 minutes for the dark chocolate squares to melt. Mix with a spoon and keep aside.
In a bowl, add milk to the melted chocolate and mix well. Add vanilla essence and sweetener and mix again. Now add this to Greek yogurt and mix till well incorporated. Taste it and see if everything tastes balanced.
Remember that the sweetness gets a bit blunt on freezing. Now pour this mixture in your popsicle mold. You should be able to make 6 fudge pops here. Top with popsicles sticks and keep in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight for freezing.
To take them out, run the molds in warm water for some seconds and gently pull them out. Your delicious chocolate yogurt fudgesicles are done. So much better than store bought, a perfect treat for kids in summer or otherwise. Enjoy!
