Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup milk or yogurt or soy milk for vegan
  • 1 tbsp. sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder or pea protein

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients together in a blender jar.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • If needed thin it down with a little water.

Notes

  1. You can use Greek yoghurt too or vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt.
  2. This recipe gives you 2 glasses of smoothie.
  3. If you don't have banana, you can make the smoothie just with milk, avocado and sugar/honey.
