1. Strain the juice if you want a smoother popsicle. Skip this if you like a slightly pulpy texture.
2. If your watermelon is very sweet, you may skip the sweetener. Though freezing does blunt sweetness a little bit, so add sweetener as per your taste.
3. Add small chunks of watermelon into the molds before pouring the juice if you want a bit of texture.
4. You can mix in mint leaves or a little coconut water for a different flavor.
5. Store popsicles in the freezer for up to 1 week. You may demoed and wrap each popsicle in parchment paper and then store in ziplock bags in the freezer.
6. You can make this recipe with other fruit like mango, pineapple, orange and any other pulpy fruit you enjoy.
