Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pumpkin or 500 g.
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper powder

Instructions

In Oven:

  • Just apply about 2 tbsp. of olive oil along with salt to your pumpkin wedges or pieces. Spread on a foil or baking paper on baking tray. Preheat oven to 390 F or 200 C for 10 minutes. Roast for about 30 minutes for wedges and about 20 minutes for pieces till it gets really well cooked. Take it out and serve.

In Air fryer:

  • Just apply about 2 tbsp. of olive oil along with salt to your pumpkin wedges or pieces. Spread on a foil or baking paper on baking tray. Preheat air fryer to 390 F or 200 C for 5 minutes. Roast for about 15-20 minutes for wedges and about 10 minutes for pieces till it gets really well cooked. Take it out and serve.

Notes

1. Do not use any pumpkin with a very hard skin for roasting. Jack-O-Lantern are best reserved for decoration purpose only.
2. You can use any seasoning of your choice.
3. You can store it in the fridge for 2-3 days but it tastes the best when fresh.
