This is a super easy and delicious Buffalo chicken wings recipe made in Air fryer and oven. Hot, spicy, sticky, crispy and addictively tasty. Do try it.

Wash and pat dry your chicken wings. Toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder and baking powder to coat well.
For Air frying
Pre-heat the Air fryer at 390F or 200 C for about 5 minutes.
Arrange the wings on the basket in one layer. You can use parchment paper to line the basket for easier clean up.
Air fry for about 18-20 minutes till crispy and cooked.
You will see chicken fat draining down and the skin crisps up well and good.
I take out one wing and check it for crispness and doneness. Air fry for few minutes more if needed.

For Baking
Preheat the oven to 400 F for 6 minutes. Arrange the wings on the rack in one layer.
Bake for 45 minutes. You will see chicken fat draining down and the skin crisps up well and good. I take out one wing and check it for crispness and doneness.
Crispy Wings in Buffalo sauce
Take out the wings. Prepare the dipping sauce by combining Buffalo sauce, butter or coconut oil and honey.
Throw in the wings and mix well to coat. Serve immediately with chopped celery and carrot sticks and some ranch dressing. Just like the restaurant and super tasty.
Notes
1. Baking powder helps in crisping up the wings nicely. 2. You can use any hot sauce instead of Buffalo sauce like Sriracha sauce or hot momo sauce. 3. You can add more butter or coconut oil but 1 tbsp. works fine by me. 4. Do Air fry or bake for more time if the wings don’t look very crisp. 5.
