This recipe is really easy. I use eggs at room temperature.
If they are from the fridge then they will take about 30 seconds to 1 minute more of air frying time.
Take silicone molds and lightly brush them with oil.
Break an egg into each mold.
You can spray some oil on top. I did not.
Now place as many molds as will fit into the air fryer basket.
This time I have not preheated the air fryer.
Close air fryer basket and air fry at 360F or 180C for about 4 minutes.
Your eggs will be perfectly fried with well cooked white and slightly runny yolk.
Take the silicone molds out and quickly slide out the fried eggs with a spatula.
Top with salt and pepper. Serve your fried eggs with toast or bacon or any way that you like.
These air fryer fried eggs have slightly crispy edges and are perfectly cooked.
Notes
There is no need to preheat the air fryer.Depending upon the size of your eggs, your eggs will be done in 3-5 minutes. Do keep an eye on the eggs after 3 minutes of cooking time. Any subsequent batches will be done even faster. After taking out the air fryer basket, immediately take out the molds as the eggs continue cooking in them if not removed immediately. If you want your yolks to be more set, you can cook for 1 minute more.Top with any toppings of choice and serve hot. These fried eggs cannot be stored and must be consumed right away. If reheated, they will overcook.Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. You can also use ramekins for this recipe. The air frying time remains the same.
