Use red cherry tomatoes. Cut them into halves. If using roma tomatoes use ripe ones.
I seasoned them with salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil. They are so tasty.
There is no need to flip them midway.
Also collect all the juices that drip down and use them to make a sauce
If using roma tomatoes quarter them while air frying.
Keep them in one row when cooking them and not piled on each other.
You can store in the fridge for up to a week. Or freeze them for two months.
