Air fryer Frozen Gyoza, Dumplings, Wontons, Potstickers

These delicious air fryer gyoza, dumplings, wonton or potstickers are done from frozen. Quick and easy snack.

  • 1 pack Frozen Gyoza

  • There is no need to thaw them.

Air Fryer Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at 400F or 200C for 5 minutes.
  • Place frozen gyozas in one layer on the air fryer basket.
  • I just sprinkled a little water on all of them but no oil.
  • Air fry for 7-8 minutes at 400F or 200C till they are nice and golden brown.
  • They should be crispy outside and cooked inside.
  • Take them out and serve hot with the dip of choice.

Oven Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F or 200C.
  • Place frozen potstickers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes after flipping midway.
  • Take them out once they are golden and crispy outside and well cooked inside.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

1. Take frozen gyozas or potstickers right from freezer to your air fryer.
Do not thaw them or they will turn soggy when cooking. 
2. Always arrange them in single layer with enough space for circulation of hot air.
This makes them cook uniformly.
3. If you have any leftovers, you may store them in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Then reheat at 400F or 200C in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes till heated through.
