Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at 360F or 180C for 5 minutes
  • Begin by arranging the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Try not to overcrowd the basket to allow optimal heat circulation.
  • Now reheat the wings at 360F or 180C for 5-8 minutes till they are heated through and crispy outside.
  • You may use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature which should reach 165F.
  • Remember, we do not want to cook the wings more or they will dry out. We just wish to reheat wings through.
  • Halfway through, flip the wings to guarantee uniform heating.
  • You may need more time to reheat for saucy wings.

Notes

Keeping your wings crispy is quite straightforward. Just ensure that they are not drenched in sauce before going into the air fryer.
To prevent drying out, avoid overheating the wings. Sticking to the recommended time and temperature should suffice.
Once reheated, toss the wings in your favorite sauce or glaze. This step adds a fresh burst of flavor and restores any lost moisture.
In case, you have leftover wings with sauce on them, the reheated result will not be as crunchy as fresh ones.
It will still be delicious enough to eat after reheating.
