1.Drain canned chickpeas and keep aside. Use a 15 oz. can. You can also do these from raw chickpeas, by soaking and cooking them. Details in recipe link.

2. Preheat Air fryer to 200 C or 390 F for 5 minutes. Spread drained chickpeas. Air fry for 6 minutes at 390F. This helps in drying them out well.

3. Brush 1 tsp. oil on the chickpeas and put them back in the air fryer basket for 8 minutes at 390F. Keep shaking the basket once in the middle.

4. Use your seasoning of choice. I have used lemon salt with cayenne here. Add half the seasoning to the chickpeas and air fry for 2 minutes more at 390F.

5. Your crispy chickpeas are done. Take them out and add leftover seasoning. Serve right away. Enjoy this healthy snack
