Air Fryer Omelette
1. Beat 2 eggs. Add 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp. chopped cilantro, 1 garlic clove minced, 2 tbsp. chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper.
2. Pour egg mix into a baking pan that fits in your air fryer. I used parchment paper to prevent it from sticking.
3. No need to preheat. Air fry at 200C or 390F for 5-6 minutes till perfectly cooked.
4. Your delicious zero oil omelette is ready. Serve hot for a wonderful breakfast.
