Air fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings

1. Keep wings with skin on. Wash them and pat them dry. They must be totally dry.

2. Toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder and baking powder to coat well. Don't add oil.

3.Pre-heat the Air fryer at 390F or 200 C for about 5 minutes. Arrange the wings on the basket in one layer. 

4. Air fry for about 18-20 minutes at 390F or 200C. You will see chicken fat draining down and the skin crisps up well and good.

5. Prepare the dipping sauce by combining Buffalo sauce, butter and honey. Throw in the wings and mix well to coat.

6. Serve immediately with chopped celery and carrot sticks and some ranch dressing.
