1. Wash and dry potato. Keep each potato between two chopsticks, slice using a sharp knife such that the bottom stays intact.

2. microwave the potato for 4-5 minutes to cook it slightly. Take together butter and olive oil. Mix salt, pepper, paprika and minced garlic to it.

3. Brush your sliced potatoes with this mixture ensuring that every slice is coated well.

4. Preheat air fryer at 360F or 180C for 5 minutes. Air fry for 10-15 minutes at 360F or 180C till your potatoes are nice and done.

5. Brush once more with the spiced butter mix when taken out. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
