Tandoori Shrimp

1. Take deveined and cleaned shrimp. Mix together Greek yogurt, ginger garlic paste, paprika, pepper, tandoori masala spice, salt, lemon juice, kasoori methi & oil.

2. Generously apply the marinade all over shrimp. Leave aside for 30 minutes to an hour.

3. If using wooden skewers, immerse in water and use. Thread shrimp in skewers to cook on grill, stove or air fryer.

4. Take butter or oil in a skillet and heat. Add marinated shrimp, cook on each side for 2-3 minutes till they turn pink and curl.

5. If using air fryer, place skewers in air fryer basket after preheating at 360 F or 180 C for 5 minutes. Then air fry at 360F for 5-6 minutes for tiger shrimp.

6. Your delicious tandoori shrimp is ready to eat. Serve with lemon wedges and onion slices.
