1.Take mashed potatoes for preparing filling. Add Add minced garlic,  garam masala, ground coriander, lemon juice, cayenne & salt. Mix well.

2.Cut off the crown of bell peppers. Scoop out veins and insides to form a good cavity to fill.

3.Fill mashed potato filling inside the green peppers till the top.

4. Put grated cheese on top of the filled peppers. Brush peppers lightly with oil.

5. Preheat airfryer for 5 minutes at 200 deg C or 390F. Lay filled peppers in the basket to air fry.

6. Air fry the peppers for 8-10 minutes till they get a nice char and the cheese melts. Serve hot. You can also do these in skillet.
