Crispy Air fryer Korean Wings

1. Wash and pat dry your chicken wings.

2. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the chicken wings. Rub them well.

3. Preheat the air fryer to 350F or 175C for 5 minutes  Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket

4. Air fry at 350F or 175C for about 20-25 minutes till the skin is crispy and they are cooked. Flip them midway for even cooking.

5. Add Gochujang paste to soy sauce. Add brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Add ½ tsp. Pepper. Mix.

6.  Once wings are done, transfer them to a bowl. Toss them with the Gochujang sauce  Air fry for 4 minutes at 350F or 175C.

7.  Crispy spicy Gochujang Korean wings are done.  Enjoy.
