1. Wash well and dry the kale leaves. Dry them completely with kitchen towels.  Carefully pluck out the leaves into bite-sizes leaving thick spine behind.

2. Using your hands or brush, lightly coat both the sides with some olive oil and sprinkle some salt.  Place kale leaves in air fryer basket.

3. Air fry for about 4 minutes at 380F or 180C.  After 1 minute, keep checking on the kale leaves.
