Healthy Chicken Parmesan Air fryer

1. Take 2 chicken breasts 8 oz. in size each . Slice into 2 or 3 fillets each horizontally. Lightly pound them into same thinness.

2. Take 1.5 cups breadcrumbs.  Season them with ½ tsp. each salt, cayenne, Italian seasoning & parmesan cheese. Mix well.

3. Break 2 eggs and mix them well in a shallow plate. Dip each thin chicken breast fillet into egg.

4. Dip chicken breast in breadcrumbs. Make sure both sides are well coated.

5. Preheat air fryer at 360F or 180C for 4 minutes. Lay breaded fillets in preheated and brushed with oil air fryer basket.

6. Air fry at 360F or 180C for 6 minutes. Then flip the fillets. Top with 1-2 tbsp. marinara sauce and then with grated cheese. Air fry more.

7. Air fry again at 360F or 180C for 4 minutes. Your chicken parmesan is ready to serve with piping hot melting cheese and a crunchy chicken cutlet.
