Zucchini Fritters Recipe

1. Grate the zucchini. Optionally, add salt and keep aside for 5 minutes. It will release water.

2. Drain all the water from zucchini. Add all purpose flour, grated cheese, beaten egg, chopped onion and pepper.

3. Mix well to form a thick batter. This will be used to make fritters.

4. Heat a non stick pan or skillet and apply some oil on it. Using a spoon form fritters and press them down.

5. Flip after one side is cooked and browned. Cook the other side well too.

6. Your zucchini fritters are ready. Have them with sour cream or a dip of choice. Enjoy.
