1. Marinate 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken cubes in 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce.  Use store bought or make your own with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper.

2. Preheat air fryer at 390 F for 4 minutes. Lay the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.

3. Air fry for 8-10 minutes till well cooked.  You could baste the chicken with remaining 1/2 cup sauce thickened with cornstarch. This gives it a gloss.

4. Delicious teriyaki chicken is ready to serve.
