Air Fryer  Banana Bread

1. Gather together the ingredients: bananas, milk, ghee, brown sugar, baking soda, wholewheat flour.

2. Mix together mashed banana, milk, ghee, egg and brown sugar.

3. Mix together flour and baking soda. Add this to the wet ingredients.

4. Mix the dry ingredients with wet ones till well mixed.

5. Preheat air fryer at 160C for 4 minutes. Grease the sides of a 6” tin. Pour banana bread batter into it. Top with almond slivers.

6. Air fry for 25 minutes at 160C or till it is done. Your delicious banana bread is ready to eat.
