Crispy Mushrooms in Air fryer

1.Take whole mushrooms in a bowl. Take spices, lemon juice and chickpea flour in other bowls.

2.Add spices and lemon juice to the mushrooms. Using your hands mix them well.

3.Keep aside for 5 minutes. Now add chickpea flour and mix well to form a light coating.

4.Preheat air fryer at 200C or 390F for 5 minutes. Brush air fryer basket with oil and lay the marinated coated mushrooms in one layer.

5.Air fry at 200C or 390F for about 4-5 minutes till the mushrooms are cooked and the outside gets slightly crispy.

6.Air fried mushrooms are ready to eat.  Serve hot with your favourite dip. Enjoy. Check out the detailed recipe link.
