Air Fryer  Potato Wedges

1. Take potatoes. I took about 1 lb.  Leave skin on. Cut them into wedges of similar sizes.

2. Keep the wedges immersed in cold water for about 30 minutes. Drain and keep aside. 

3. Mix the spices together. Add olive oil to the potato wedges and sprinkle spices.

4. Mix well so that every wedge is coated well.

5. Preheat air fryer at 390F or 200C for 4 minutes. Place the wedges in one layer. Air fry till crispy and cooked.
