1. Marinate 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs in 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce. Use storebought or make your own.

2. After 30 minutes, add 2 tbsp. cornstarch to the chicken thighs and mix well. This will give the chicken a lovely coating.

3. Preheat air fryer at 390 F or 200C for 5 minutes. Lay the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.

4. Air fry at 390 F or 200C for 7 minutes till one side is slightly browned. Take the reserve teriyaki sauce and brush it all over the chicken cubes. Flip and brush on the other side too.

5. Close the air fryer basket and air fry at 390F or 200C for another 7 minutes till the chicken is well cooked. It will look well glazed and have a crispy coating.

6.. You can brush more sauce if needed or serve some on the side as a dip. Your delicious air fried teriyaki chicken is ready to serve. Enjoy.
