Air Fryer  Mushroom Puffs

1. Slice 1 onion. Chop button mushrooms and mince garlic cloves.

2. Take 2 tsp. olive oil. Saute sliced onions and garlic till slightly browned.

3. Add chopped mushrooms to the onions and garlic and cook till moisture dries out.

4. Add spices and saute the veggies a bit more. Then take off the heat and cool the stuffing.

5.Take puff pastry squares and spread out the stuffing on each square.

6.Form puff pockets by folding each puff pastry square along the diagonal. Then seal the ends.

7.Air fry in a preheated air fryer till brown and crispy. Your mushroom puffs are ready to eat.
