1. Marinate 1 lb. cleaned and deveined shrimp in minced garlic, fresh pepper, salt and lemon juice for half an hour.

2. Preheat air fryer at 360 F for 5 minutes. Brush shrimp with 1 tsp olive oil/butter. Lay shrimp in the air fryer basket.

3. Air fry for 5 minutes for medium shrimp. Don't overcook. For larger shrimp, keep for 2-3 minutes more.

4. Delicious lemon pepper garlic shrimp is ready to serve.  Enjoy it hot with dip.
