1. Soak 1 cup chickpeas overnight. Drain and use. Assemble 4 cloves garlic, 1 chopped onion, 2 tsp. chickpea flour, 1 tsp. pepper

2. 1/2 cup parsley & cilantro, 4 green chillies. Blend them together.  Add 1.5 tsp. each ground cumin & coriander with salt. Let the mash be slightly coarse.

3. Now make small balls in the palms of your hand or use ice cream scoop.

4. Preheat Air fryer at 200 C or 390 F for 5 minutes. Lay the falafel balls so that the basket is not overcrowded.

5. Brush lightly with olive oil and air fry for about 15 minutes at 200C or 390F till they are crispy. Your falafels are ready to serve.
