Air fryer Egg Frittata

1. Assemble eggs, salt, pepper, shredded cheese, chopped spinach, mushroom and green onions.

2. Beat eggs in a bowl till they are fluffy.  Add salt and pepper and mix well.

3. Add chopped spinach, sliced mushroom, green onion chopped and grated parmesan cheese to the egg mixture.

4. Place frittata mix in a parchment dish or cake tin and place inside air fryer basket. Do not preheat air fryer.

5. Air fry at 360F or 180C for 12 - 17 minutes till the frittata is cooked. Slide it out carefully and serve hot.
