1 Add chickpea flour, rice flour, spices and salt and mix well. Finely slice onions.

2. Add the chickpea flour mix to sliced onion and chopped cilantro. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

3. Add water little by little so that the batter is thick and just coats the onion.  Don't make the batter runny.

4. Pre-heat Airfryer at 320 F or 160 C for 4 minutes. Brush basket with oil. Make small pakoras and arrange.

5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 360F till crispy. Brush with oil midway. Air fry for 2 minutes more at 390F if not yet crispy. Onion pakoras are ready to serve.
