1.Wash and dry tilapia fillets and keep aside.

2. Add pepper, cayenne, paprika, fennel powder, salt, oregano and garlic powder to 1.5 cups breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.

3. Dip tilapia fillets in beaten egg taken in a shallow dish.

4. Dip the fillets in breadcrumbs and press well so that the breading sticks. Repeat for each fillet.

5. Preheat the Air fryer at 200 C or 390 F for 4 minutes. Spray or brush oil on the basket and lay the fillets.

6. Air fry at 200 C or 390 F for 8-10 minutes.  After 3-4 minutes, take out the basket and lightly spray or brush the fillets with oil. No need to flip them.

7. Crispy delicious air fryer tilapia is ready to eat. Enjoy
