1.Cut pumpkin into pieces or wedges. Apply olive oil and salt to them.

2. Preheat air fryer to 390 F or 200 C for 5 minutes.

3. Roast for about 15-20 minutes for wedges and about 10 minutes for pieces till it gets really well cooked.

4. Your roasted pumpkin is ready to serve.  Have it as a side.
